• How will my materials be supplied?

  By default, we will provide your materials in tonnes meaning all the prices you see on our website are charged in weight terms. Your chosen product will be delivered in bulk bags or on pallets.
  
  

• When will my materials be delivered?

  Our fast-track delivery service means we can usually deliver your chosen product within 48 hours, however, some more specialist materials may take longer - please contact us for advice if you require an urgent turnaround.
  
  

• Will you deliver my product to the exact location I'm planning to use it?

  Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver your chosen product to your exact location, this is due to certain restrictions that may prevent our delivery vehicles from accessing the location including width, height, length, weight or obstructions. If you need a delivery to a specific location, please contact our team directly before placing an order.
  
  

• Will I be contacted before delivery of my product?

  Our team will only contact you prior to an arranged delivery if there is an issue.
  
  

• I can't find the product I'm looking for, what can I do?

  If you cannot find the product you are searching for on our website, don't worry - our team are on hand to assist you. Just call on 01258 857465 and speak to us directly.
  
  

• Do you provide small samples?

  We are able to provide small samples on request, but please note there will be a small charge for postage and packaging.
  
  

• I'm unsure what product is most suitable for my needs; where can I get more information?

• Do your prices include VAT and delivery charges?

  Please be aware that all the prices listed on this website do NOT include VAT and delivery charges.
  
  

• What are your opening times?

  We are open Monday - Friday from 7am till 4:30pm, and also on Saturday from 7am till midday.
